I think it’s fair to say that Lauren absolutely saved my sanity, and in the process, also my life. I was wracked with anxiety and self esteem issues, but she taught me how to rewire my brain, acknowledge negative thoughts, and reframe my perspective on life. In short; without her, i’d be another statistic.
